Church members are welcome to request the use of our facilities for personal events. Completed forms are reviewed on Monday afternoons during our weekly staff meeting. You will typically receive notification concerning event approval within 24 hours of this meeting. If a church member would like to request the use of UBC’s facilities for the purpose of a wedding, they must contact the church office to receive a wedding application. All events are subject to staff approval and calendar availability.
